- Are there extra fees (cleaning, overtime, security)?
- What is the payment schedule?
- What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Ceremony & Reception Spaces
- Is there a separate ceremony space?
- Is the space indoors, outdoors, or both?
- Is there a backup option in case of bad weather?
- Are tables, chairs, linens, or décor included?
Catering & Bar
- Do they have in-house catering?
- Can we bring in our own caterer?
- Is there a minimum spend for food or bar?
- Are tastings included?
- Is alcohol allowed? Are there bar packages?
Vendors & Entertainment
- Do we have to use preferred vendors?
