How does My Wedding Vendor work?
We ask you a few simple questions about your style, budget, and preferences. Then we match you with a small group of photographers who are a great fit. No endless scrolling or cold emails needed.
Is it free to use?
Yes! Our matching service is completely free for couples.
Will vendors see my budget or answers?
Your budget is never shared with vendors. It is used only to match you with vendors whose pricing falls within your maximum budget. Only the vendors you’re matched with will see other details about your wedding, such as your style preferences and wedding date.
How are vendors matched with me?
We consider your budget, preferred photography style, and how you want to interact with your photographer. Then we match you with up to three vendors who align with those answers.
Can I contact vendors directly?
Yes! Once you’re matched, you’ll be able to review vendor information and reach out directly if you’re interested in learning more or booking.
What if I don’t like my matches?
If your preferences change or you’d like to explore additional options, you can submit a new survey and we’ll create updated matches based on your latest details.

How do I get listed on the platform?
Simply visit the “Join Our Vendor Network” page and fill out a quick survey form. We’ll take care of the rest.
What does it cost?
We are currently free for all vendors during Early Access!
We don’t plan to charge monthly fees. Instead, vendors will pay per lead based on quality, so you only pay for potential clients who are a strong fit for your services.
What makes these leads different?
Couples are pre-qualified through our intake process. You’ll only be matched with leads who fit your style and pricing, which increases your chances of booking.
How many vendors are matched with each couple?
Each couple is matched with up to 3 vendors, keeping competition limited and giving you a better chance to connect with couples who align with your services.
Can I track how my profile is performing?
Not yet. We plan to offer vendor insights in the future to help you better understand what couples are looking for and how to improve your offerings.
Can I update my pricing or portfolio anytime?
Absolutely. You can update your pricing, packages, portfolio, or other business details at any time. Simply submit an updated survey, and we’ll use your latest information for future matches.
