Pioneer Partner Badge Kit
Everything you need to display your Pioneer Partner badge. Thank you for being one of our earliest vendors!
Every great platform starts with people willing to take a chance on something new. Thank you for being one of those people. Your support is helping us build a better way for couples to connect with wedding vendors, and for that, we’re incredibly grateful.
As a token of our appreciation for your early support, we’re proud to recognize you as a Pioneer Partner. This badge tells couples visiting your website that you were here from the very beginning: a vendor who saw the potential early and joined us from the start.
This badge kit gives you everything you need to display it on your website, your social media, and anywhere else you want couples to see it. Pick your preferred size, copy the embed code, and you’re done. If you run into any issues, email us at hello@myweddingvendor.com.
Your Pioneer Partner Badge
Here’s how your badge looks on different backgrounds. It works on light, dark, and photo backgrounds — designed to look great wherever you place it on your site.
Choose Your Size
Three sizes available. Small works best in sidebars and footers. Medium is ideal for “About” pages and credential sections. Large is great as a standalone feature on a vendor press or awards page.
Embed Codes
Copy the code for your preferred size and paste it into your website. If you use WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix there are specific instructions further down this page.

Badge Usage Guidelines
A few simple guidelines to keep the Pioneer Partner badge looking its best wherever you use it.
✓ Do
- Use the badge at 80px or larger so it’s clearly visible
- Always link the badge to myweddingvendor.com
- Use the embed code as provided — it includes the correct link automatically
- Place it in a prominent location — footer, about page, or credentials section
- Share it on social media when you first receive it
- Use it on your pricing page or booking inquiry page
- Use it on email signatures if your email client supports images
✗ Don’t
- Resize the badge below 60px — it becomes illegible
- Alter, recolor, or modify the badge image
- Remove the link to myweddingvendor.com
- Use the badge without being an active Pioneer Partner in good standing
- Recreate or imitate the badge design for any other purpose
- Use the badge to imply endorsement of specific products or positions we haven’t stated
Where to Place It for Maximum Impact
The more visible the badge, the more trust it builds with couples visiting your site, and the more it benefits your SEO through the backlink. Here are the spots that work best.
Your website footer. Every page on your site will show the badge. Maximum visibility with minimal effort — couples see it no matter which page they land on.
Your About page. The About page is where couples go to decide if they trust you. A Pioneer Partner badge here adds instant credibility alongside your bio and credentials.
Your pricing or booking page. Couples who reach your pricing page are ready to make a decision. The badge at this moment reinforces that you’re a vetted, recognized professional.
A press or awards section. If you have a “As Seen In” or “Awards & Recognition” section, the Pioneer Partner badge belongs right alongside your other accolades.
Your email signature. Every email you send to a potential couple is an opportunity. Adding the badge image to your signature is a subtle but effective trust signal.
Your Instagram bio link page. If you use a link-in-bio tool like Linktree or a personal landing page, add the badge there with a link back to myweddingvendor.com.
